Melbourne is pronounced 'Melbinne' in this country apparently

I was trying to catch up during April Break.

Tomorrow is July.

I'm leaving in less than a week.

So. Yeah. I'm going to try and catch up a little bit. You know, before I leave the country.

First of all is Melbourne which I was in...April 4-6. So a while ago. There's going to be quite a few pictures in here.

Melbourne is an awesome city. Little shops everywhere, a free tram that can take you around the city, and just a old town meets new city aesthetic.

On the left is an alley that was just restaurants. They served great breakfasts there. There were all sorts of random alleys like that throughout the city.

There was also many cool looking old buildings.

So on Saturday one of the other girl's and I were supposed to go on the Great Ocean Road tour with everyone else...and some stuff got messed up. So we went to the aquarium instead.

There was also a crocodile there and, though you can't see it well in the picture, it was about 16 feet long. I would not want to see one of those in the wild.

We also wandered the city, as there were many cool shopping malls, such as the one below.

Our tour stuff got straightened out and on Sunday we went down the Great Ocean Road which runs along the Southern coast of Australia. On the way to the Twelve Apostles, we stopped at a couple scenic outlooks.

We also stopped at a campsite where there were some koalas and parrots hanging around.

There was also a beach across the street from the campgrounds.

We also stopped at a cool weather rainforest. It was a bit weird because we didn't see any animal life there, but the plant life was amazing.

Finally we got to the Twelve Apostles, which was in a very scenic area.

The Apostles themselves are rock formations out in the ocean off of the coast.

The final stop was a cove and a natural rock bridge.

We left early the next morning, as we had to go to classes. Melbourne was a great town and a beautiful place.
